Easy access to public transportation with the bus stop just 800 feet away. Had a room with a window that could be opened;)))

It was in a favourable location close to a bus stop.

Particularly good and marvellous setting, right by the bus terminal and center. Also, in the middle of jackson.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for those wanting comfort and convenience. Situated close to the bus station, it's easy to get to and from, and there's plenty to do in the surrounding area. the rooms are tastefully furnished and the bathrooms are modern and clean. the staff are courteous and helpful, creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. the comfy beds and cable TV make it a great spot to unwind after a day out.

Sadly, the hotel does not provide room service, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

We had a great time in our double room with a window that could be opened, and the location was close to Pachuca and the bus terminal, right in the middle of Jackson.

The hotel had excellent transport links to the city center. We were able to easily catch collectivos right outside the entrance, which only cost 10 pesos to get to the historic center. The location was also convenient, with a 25-minute walk to the centro historico and a 15 to 20-minute walk to the bus station. The room was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel had strong WiFi throughout the hotel, a big plus. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

The hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. The room had good cable TV and hot water in the shower. The hotel was also well-maintained.

My New Year's experience was marred by a lack of festive ambiance. The staff didn't seem interested in creating a celebratory atmosphere.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the hot shower which was perfect for a relaxing stay. the hotel was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, making it easy to find something to do and somewhere to eat. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the free Wi-Fi which worked throughout the entire property, allowing me to stay connected with friends and family.

I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail from the hotel staff. the cleanliness of the room was not up to my standards, and there were several areas that needed attention.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location to the bus terminal and transportation were convenient. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Didn't dislike anything about this hotel.
